DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES:

We aim to pick, pack & dispatch within 1-2 NZ business days. All of our products are in stock (unless noted Out Of Stock). We ship out from our Auckland and Melbourne based fulfilment centres.

COURIER TIMEFRAMES

For New Zealand deliveries we use a combination of carriers to ensure the best delivery service to your location. The tracking number sent to you will link to the Post Haste, NZ Post or Aramex site Please expect delivery 2-3 business days after dispatch. Longer for Rural addresses. Rural address may attract a delivery surcharge

 

For Australian deliveries we use the AusPost eParcel Express network. Please expect delivery 2-3 business days after dispatch. Longer for rural addresses

 

For USA deliveries we shipped from Budd Lake, NJ  warehouse, using DHL eCommerce. Delivery within 2-8 days, longer for rural addresses.
